Roasted Brussel Sprouts

 


1 1/2 lb.       Brussel Sprouts

4 tbs.            Grapeseed or Olive Oil


1/8 C.            Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 lb.          Cooked & Chopped Bacon                         

1/4 C            Shaved Parmesan

To Taste       Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, toss the brussel sprouts in the oil & stir until covered. Place on to sheet pan & roast for 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven & place in bowl, toss with remaining ingredients & serve warm.
