Each 6 week session will be geared toward one aspect or benefit of yoga. Each 1½ hour class will focus on certain issues depending  on the main course of study. A few of the series classes are listed below. Classes require pre-registration and $50 pre-payment.

Saplings & Trees Yoga

A great way for your family to stay healthy & active together. Focusing on the Saplings, we center our session around the forest and the many creatures that live there. We'll enjoy a lively class of animal poses with intermittent times of dance & play, fun for all. One parent is free when accompanied by paid child.
